There are many soaps on the market today available to us, the consumer. Some are mass manufactured and made with chemicals and artificial ingredients. Others are handmade, yet contain artificial fragrances and synthetic fillers. There are "melt and pour" glycerin soaps, some with natural and artificial scents combined, some with antibacterial properties through the use of chemicals. Some have added "moisturizers" to replace what the soap took out to begin with.
There is no substitute for superior quality
We believe there are alternatives more suitable without the added use of chemicals and artificial ingredients. The principle ingredients are our blend of vegetable, palm, and coconut oils. These oils carefully blended have resulted in a soap that produces a great lather, creamy texture, and is pH balanced. Our soaps are full bodied, meaning the glycerin has not been separated from the body of the soap. Premium grade cocoa butter and vitamin E is added to all varieties of our soaps. To this basic soap we add organic herbs, spices, and dried flowers. Our soap has wonderful fragrant qualities created by Mother Nature. Modern terminology now calls this aromatherapy. For years essential oils have been used to make the finest perfumes and toiletries. Biblically these oils were cherished for their soothing and healing qualities. Like a fine wine, gold or precious gems, they have been treasured for centuries. We use only essential oils, herbs and spices in perfuming APPALACHIAN NATURAL SOAPS.
